Here’s a very helpful tip that I constantly give to all my girlfriends regarding the gym: LIFT HEAVY! Don’t be scared of those dumbbells! Lifting heavier weights is going to build muscle which in return will burn extra fat..we don’t have enough testosterone in our body to get “bulk” or “manly.” So, have no fears! Next time you’re at the gym pick up those 25 lb weights and show em’ who’s boss! 🙂
