Chassidy and Cari are a very energetic and motivated pair. They have a love for people, and even more, a love for helping people see their self-worth. Their main goal is to show every one how easy it is to make health, nutrition, and fitness a part of every day life. They realize that we all may have a lapse, but understand it is a short-term lapse—not a collapse.
Chassidy grew up having a love for sports throughout her childhood years. She continued this throughout her life as she would go on to play softball in college. It was here that she learned how nutrition and fitness would not only maximize her athletic abilities but also her everyday life. Once she had reached her athletic goals she then pursued her dreams. She joined the military in 2003 where she would soon deploy in 2004. Once again as she was pushed to the limits where she quickly realized how much of a role nutrition and fitness would play in everyday life. She has served for over 8 years in the military where she is over the Weight Control Program. Currently she is certified and offers programs in Nutrition, Advance personal training, and Group Exercise.
Cari is a registered nurse and works in the operating room. She is an experienced nurse and has worked in a trauma/surgical intensive care unit, as well as taught clinicals to nursing students. She obtained her degree from the University of Alabama. Cari has been involved in athletics throughout her life. Growing up she participated in gymnastics and spent many long hours and hard work in the gym. At age 12 she accomplished her first “life goal” by winning the state gymnastics competition. She then progressed to cheer in high school and continued this passion into college. Her newest goal is to become a bikini fitness competitor, with her first show being in Tuscaloosa, AL on April 28, 2012. She is also currently in the process of obtaining her masters degree in nursing administration and certification to become a personal trainer.
